Dr. Lindsay has devoted her career to caring for women and their families. She has created a female-focused chiropractic practice in Calgary, AB with special interest in pre and postnatal chiropractic care. Dr. Lindsay is your wellness expert and honours her core values of vitalism, mindfulness, simplicity and living a joyous life. Momma wants her abs back! Workshop
Our core takes on a whole new meaning during pregnancy! But what about after the baby is born? Do the changes change back? Not without a little help and understanding! Learn the core changes that occur during pregnancy and take home an easy step by step program to get your abs back.
30 minute lecture followed by 60 minutes of light exercise. Athletic clothing required.

Spinal Stability Workshop
Stop crunching! Core stability must be established before core strengthening begins. Learn the importance of core stability and master the spinal stability tracks.

Standing Core Workshop
We spend most of our day upright, so why do most core exercises move us to the ground? To function properly our core needs to be active when we are standing and sitting. Learn standing core exercises and ways to incorporate your core workout into your day!
30 minute lecture followed by 60 minutes of light exercise. Athletic clothing required.

Self Care Workshop
Self care is an important part of everyone’s day. We all have weak links, past injuries and postural distortions. Discover simple & effective ways to release muscle tightness, enhance joint mobility & improve your posture.
This Workshop includes 30 minutes of interactive learning & 60 minutes of self-care activities.
- Learn the Importance of Proper Posture and Joint Mobility
- Practice using Therapy Balls, Alpha Balls & Travel Rollers. Learn which techniques work the best for you to improve how your body moves.
This workshop is FREE and open to everyone to attend.
If you have your own therapy balls or a travel roller please bring them. They are important tools for your self-care regimen. There will be some available for you to try at the workshop, as well as for purchase if you would like to take them home with you.
